Being able to walk down the middle of the street like Tom Cruise in Vanilla Sky
14. Out-of-the-blue visitors
Not having people drop in (or have to clean the house in case they do). In laws.. We're talking mainly about you.
15. Listen to nature
Less noise, and a chance to hear the birds in full song. They were surprisingly loud weren't they?
