The Covid-19: Supporting your recovery website was designed to “support patients with their initial recovery once discharged from hospital following treatment”, the hospital said.
“We hope that the information and advice provided will assist patients and their families starting their rehabilitation journeys.”

The guidance is split into several sections, including what to do if people are breathless and how they can clear their lungs.
Others give advice on conserving energy, staying mobile, and support with mental health.
There are exercises for those in bed, sitting up, and standing.
