There was glitz, glamour and plenty of dancing as Moor Park High School and Sixth Form’s Year 11 and Year 13 students celebrated their Prom at Barton Manor Hotel & Spa.
Describing the night, the school told the Post: “The evening was a fantastic opportunity for students to come together and mark the end of an important chapter in their lives after months of hard work and dedication. Dressed to impress, students arrived in style and enjoyed an evening filled with laughter, music, dancing, and unforgettable memories.
“The dancefloor quickly became the place to be, with Harvey and Ben earning the accolade of being the first students to take to the floor and getting the party started for everyone else. From that moment on, the celebrations continued well into the evening, with students making the most of every minute.
“A huge amount of work went into making the event such a success, and special thanks go to Headteacher Ms Ishtiaq, Mrs Kearns and Mrs Walsh for organising a truly memorable evening and ensuring everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Thanks also go to Mr Fisher Cooper, whose excellent photography captured the excitement, laughter, and special moments throughout the night.
“The Prom was a fitting celebration for two fantastic year groups, giving students the opportunity to reflect on their achievements, spend time with friends and create memories that will last long after they leave Moor Park.
“Everyone at Moor Park High School and Sixth Form is incredibly proud of our Year 11 and Year 13 students and wishes them every success and happiness for the future. If the smiles on the dancefloor were anything to go by, it was certainly a night they will never forget.”
