X-Press donates £1,000 to a local charity
Property search partner, X-Press Legal Services Fylde Coast & Cumbria, has donated £1,000 to a local organisation, Carlisle Youth Zone, a community centre focused on offering a safe and supportive space for young people.
Fylde Coast & Cumbria based X-Press Legal Services which supports conveyancing professionals with property searches and reports, has donated to the centre in celebration of 25 years in business.
“We are thrilled to support this local organisation that offers a safe space for young people, as part of our quarter of a century celebrations,” commented Wendy Reece, owner of X-Press Legal Services Fylde Coast, Lancaster & Cumbria. “By donating to Carlisle Youth Zone, we hope to contribute to the ongoing work of this vital community asset, ensuring that more young people can access the resources and support they need to thrive.”
Carlisle Youth Zone plays a vital role in supporting young people, offering inclusive programmes that help youngsters build confidence, develop skills, and form positive relationships. From sports and creative arts to life skills workshops, the organisation empowers attendees through a wide range of activities. The £1,000 donation from X-Press Legal Services will help sustain these initiatives, ensuring continued support for local young people.

Wendy continued, “Initially, we planned to donate £500, but after seeing the amazing work Carlisle Youth Zone does for young people in the community, we decided to double the amount to £1,000. This donation will make a real difference enabling the organisation to expand its programmes and ensure that every young person who comes through its doors has the chance to unlock their potential and build a brighter future.”
