Fire engines from Garstang and Morecambe attended a road traffic collision in School Lane involving two cars at around 10pm on Thursday night.
Two people suffered from minor injuries
Firefighters worked with the police to make the road safe and the road was closed for around 20 miniutes as massive queues built up.
The injured were taken to hospital by paramedics.
