Preston's King Karai restaurant announces closure
Another popular restaurant the King Karai in Watery Lane, Preston, will close in August.
Owner Babu Chauhan is retiring.
Deven Chauhan, son of the owner, said: “My father has decided to close the doors for good as he is now embarking on a new chapter of his life, retirement.”
He added: “He wanted to end the restaurant on his own terms instead of the other way round.

It will reopen under new ownership.
Babu Chauhan said he wished to thank the King Karai’s customers for their support over the last 23 years.
