You will certainly need it if you are to take up the massive post lockdown challenge devised by the Preston takeaway.
Kebabistan owner Yunus Sevinik has created a bumper dish - a massive 14 inch burger. He says if someone can can eat it within 20 minutes they will win a £1,000 food voucher to spend at the New Hall Lane takeaway.
Although the challenge will be post lockdown he said he already has three contenders who want to take part.
Meanwhile the burger, which is the size of a very large pizza and costs £35, is already proving popular with customers.
Yunus, who opened his Turkish takeaway two years ago, says he prides himself on making freshly made food using only quality ingredients. He estimates the bumper lamb burger, complete with cheese, salad, pickled cucumber and tomato, could feed up to 10 people.
He said: "People are ordering it. It's very popular now. "
The mammoth burger has been on Yunus' menu for around three weeks and contains some 2 kg of meat.
When lockdown first came in he closed Kebabistan for a week before re-opening. He has reduced his opening hours to 2pm - 11pm and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. He said his lunch time trade has been hit by the number of local businesses which are now closed.
Other items on Yunus's menu include European style Turkish kebabs cooked using charcoal.
Chips are banned on his menu. He said: "This is my style. Whenever people ask me why are my prices a bit up I tell them I do home made, I don't buy cheap products."
As for the likely challenge contenders he said: "They say they can.. .I don't think so!"
However the result may yet see him handing over that food voucher. Last year, in a different challenge with a different prize, he created a two metre long wrap - which the winner ate in just nine minutes.
