'Easy to think business has to wait until September' Lancashire event for business women to stay connected
“Business can be incredibly isolating” Pink Link’s Summer Regional Event will help women stay connected during the summer slump.
Summer can be a tough time for business and even tougher for the people that run them.

Female business leaders are being invited to sign up for the Pink Link Summer Regional Event, due to take part at the Farington Lodge, near Leyland, and keep the conversations going as clients go on holiday and the inbox stops pinging.
The event, on Wednesday August 5, will see women from across Lancashire and beyond will gather top share ideas, honesty, and the kind of connection that doesn't happen over email.
"It's easy to think business has to wait until September," says Coral Horn, Founder of Pink Link. "But some of the best opportunities come when you create the space to think differently. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one introduction or one new idea to completely change the direction of your business."
The event will hear from Sara Jones, Founder and CEO of Centre of Excellence, built a global education business as a single mum, from her own front room, into a company now supporting millions of learners worldwide. This was a journey Goldman Sachs recognised by naming her business Most Likely to Become a Unicorn.

Sara's story isn't a polished highlight reel, say organisers, but It's proof of what happens when resilience, determination and a stubborn belief in your own capability are allowed to compound over years, not weeks.
Alongside Sara's story, the day holds three masterclasses, not theory, but the actual, practical stuff business owners wrestle with at 11pm when nobody's watching.
Enfys Maloney, sales expert, opens up Four Ways to Make Sales Today, proof that growth doesn't always need a bigger audience or another lead-gen tool, just the right strategy applied with intent.
Jo Leigh, Co-Founder of Launch North West, tackles Social Media Mistakes and How to Fix Them, cutting through the noise for anyone who's ever stared at a blinking cursor wondering if the algorithm is even listening anymore.

And Lynda Williams, transformation coach, goes somewhere most business events don't: Want a Successful Business? Start With Yourself First, a look at self-worth, authentic leadership, and what it really takes to lead a multi-generational workforce without losing yourself in the process.
Carol said: "Business can be incredibly isolating. You can spend weeks behind your laptop convincing yourself you need another strategy, another course or another social media post. Often, what you actually need is to get in the room. The right conversation can open doors that months of working alone never could."
