Charity shops finally reopened on April 12 after months of closure due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Now, charities are sorting through bags of unwanted items as the donations flock in.

They have spent months preparing to reopen, with a surge of donations already coming through the doors since Monday as people clear out their cupboards and wardrobes after lockdown.
