To celebrate World Chocolate Day 2021 we take a look behind the scenes at Lancashire's Beech’s Fine Chocolates and Choc Amor.

We've been lucky enough to visit some of the region's best loved chocolate makers and see just how they make such delicious treats.

Last year the chocolatiers at Preston's Beech's Fine Chocolates and Choc Amor in Mawdesley invited us to take a look around, and we jumped at the chance.

This is what it looks like behind the scenes at some of Lancashire s real life Willy Wonka chocolate factories.
