Lilac Tree Interiors, Home & Gifts: Inside the hidden gem Preston business that needs your help

Earlier this week an independent shop in Preston made an impassioned plea to the people of the city to help keep its doors open.

In a social media post, owners of Lilac Tree Interiors, Sarah Lucas and Lisa Gildert, shared their concerns for the future of their business amid rising costs and declining footfall, an experience all too familiar for independent businesses across Lancashire.

They hope that this appeal will encourage more people to visit the decade-old business, which sells gifts, cards, furniture, and a range of home décor.
