As with many other businesses across Preston, the staff at Novello have been making minor changes to the shopping experience inline with Government guidelines.
Novello's managing director, Hannah Deuchars spared us some time today, to show us the safety measures that have been put in place around the clothing store.

Social distancing rules will be in place, but the store is advising that customers should shop alone where possible.

Novello's managing director, Hannah Deuchars, said: "I'm so excited, it's been a long three months."

Staff are advising customer to wear gloves when visiting the store, however, gloves will be available in store during your visit.

Fewer fitting rooms will be open, but still available, any unwanted clothes will be steamed then left in quarantine for 72 hours before being put back out onto shop floor.
