The newly refurbished Burnley Bowl building will go up for auction.
The bowling alley in Finsley Gate underwent a £1.2m revamp earlier this year after being taken over by privately owned leisure company Disco Bowl in March.
The building itself will go on sale on Tuesday, January 27th at 9am via Savills. The guide price is £750,000.
It boasts 24 bowling lanes, an arcade, mini golf, a bar, and a diner.
This is a Long Leasehold Leisure Investment let until 2035 at £155,000 P.A.
