Veteran Irish duo Foster and Allen swing by

Foster and Allen bring their wonderful melodies to Fleetwood.

Mick and Tony, with more than three decades in the business, will bring their unique blend of traditional music and gentle humour to the Guild Hall’s Charter Theatre on Tuesday, November 18, part of a mammoth trek around the UK.

Foster and Allen began in 1975 when the two were playing in country music bands around Ireland. Soon after they formed a small group, and went over to the UK to work the Irish music venues on a short tour. At this stage they had the idea of working together as a duo, playing easy listening music with traditional Irish instrumentals.

The affable pair will be performing all their hits including ‘Bunch of Thyme’, ‘Maggie’, ‘After All These Years’ and many, many more.

This has turned out be a great year for the boys, as their brand new series of ‘The Foster & Allen Show’ starts on Sky Channel 191 later this month.
