Venue @ the End puts on show

On Saturday, April 12, Lydia Craddock will play acoustic sets at 1pm and 3pm.A talented singer, songwriter and musician, Lydia performs numbers from Adele to Oasis, as well as her own brilliant songs.Also performing on Saturday, at 2pm and 4pm, is Dave Sharp, former lead guitarist of The Alarm, and prodigious singer songwriter.Fresh from a successful tour with Kirk Brandon, former lead singer with Spear of Destiny, Dave will be previewing songs from his new album, which is near completion.On Saturday evening at 8pm and Sunday afternoon at 1pm, Darren Poyzer and Kevin Farrell, aka Incredible Planet, make a welcome return to The Ship following an incredible performance there on New Year’s Eve.Darren is a singer and songwriter who combines emotion with socio-politics, humour and charisma.Darren and Kevin perform as Incredible Planet and are writers and performers of over fifty original songs, with a wide range of classic cover songs, poignant stories and banter.All the above sessions at The Ship are free admission.The Venue @ the End of the Universe is a community music and arts venture run on a non-commercial basis.
