Time Machine at Lowry Studio
A new adaptation of H.G. Wells’ sci-fi classic The Time Machine premieres at The Lowry Studio from Thursday to Saturday, part of the venue’s Developed With programme.
Wells’ 1895 novella inspired dozens of sequels, spin-offs and comic books and has been adapted twice by Hollywood.
In Nunkie Theatre’s rework, Robert Lloyd Parry is the inventor of a time travel machine who discovers sinister changes have been wrought by the millennia on civilisation.
