Three nights of one act drama for the city Playhouse

The Broughton Players will lay on a feast of drama over three nights later this month with The 22nd One Act Play Festival.

From Wednesday June 17 to Saturday June 20 at Preston Playhouse theatregoers will be be treated to a selection of original plays, new directors, actors, as well as well known pieces of drama in a beautiful, comfortable theatre.

Adjudicators will give an appraisal each night climaxing in a grand presentation of trophies on the Saturday.

Tickets are available from the box office on 01772 744771 and are priced at £9 and £8.

Season tickets can be purchased up to June 16 and cost £22 and £20. Curtain up 7.30pm.

The theatre has a warm, friendly bar,disabled facilities as well as free parking with a pass obtained from the box office.

Anyone interested in joining the Players will find a very warm welcome.
