Sell-out comic in overdrive
Tony Law will go into Nonsense Overdrive when he makes his first visit to The Dukes in Lancaster on Saturday night.
The multi award-winning comic promises a show full of absurd, shout-y, and powerful but meaningful nonsense, which brought him a sell-out run at the recent Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The Trinidad-born, Canadian-raised comic whose recent TV credits include Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and 8 Out Of 10 Cats, enjoyed his first sell-out Edinburgh Festival run and an Amused Moose Laughter Award in 2011.
Earlier this year, he scooped the Chortle Award for Best Club Comic 2013 as well as the Chortle Best Show Award 2013.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Paul Foot’s show at The Dukes has been rescheduled and will now take place on October 21 and not October 10.
