Ode to a poet-fearing dragon

An award-winning poet will fire up youngsters to take on a dragon in a new Preston show next month.

Dommy B presents The Dragon Who Hates Poetry takes place at The Continental, on South Meadow Lane, at 1pm on Saturday, October 5.

The 50-minute show, suitable for over fives, falls in the same week as National Poetry Day.

Dommy tells the story of a dragon whose “face looks like his bottom and his bottom like his face.”

The show is fast-paced, funny and full of audience participation.

Tickets cost £5 per person or £16 for family of four ticket.
