Marti Pellow returns to the role of Che in Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita when the show comes back to Manchester Palace Theatre next week.
Telling the story of Eva Peron, wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron, it follows her journey from humble origins to extraordinary wealth, power and iconic status.
Madalena Alberto has brought the title role to life and to critical acclaim. Her theatre credits include Piaf at the Curve Theatre, Leicester, and Fantine in the 25th Anniversary production of Les Misérables. Mark Heenehan reprises his role as Peron in a show that runs from Monday to Saturday.
