Lee Nelson comes to Blackpool

Nelson – the chavvy 
alter ego of comedian Simon Brodkin – found national fame when he starred in his own BBC Three series, Lee Nelson’s Well Funny People.

And Simon, as Lee, was also seen recently making his bid to become the Don of the Dance in the grand final of Let’s Dance For Comic Relief where he was competing against a host of other celebrities including Blackpool’s own musical star Jodie Prenger.

Joining him for this show on the North Pier will be his usual “special guests” including Premier League footballer Jason Bent, bungling medic Dr Bob and a few others who will be familiar from his TV series.

And, of course, there will be the usual interjections from Lee’s best mate,
