The elaborately coiffurred comic and presenter of BBC3’s Live at the Electric (the new series begins tomorrow) presents ‘Smallness’ at the venue on Monday and Tuesday, January 20 and 21.

Explaining the show Kane said: “What is it with us and smallness?”

“We Brits love it, being tiny but fierce, close but distant.”

The bequiffed comic will share thoughts on smallness; and on trying to keep things small when life gets big.

Expect a beguiling blend of intellectual yet broad humour from Kane.

“Here’s a performer with the instincts of a rabble-rouser,” said Time Out.
