Historians after the ’Fax
On the heels of hit TV drama Last Tango in Halifax, Yorkshire playwright, Katharine Markwick brings a dance of a different nature to the Lowry in Salford on Sunday.
Set in 80s and 90s Halifax The Historians is the story of a female friendship played out against the backdrop of one town’s great industrial past and the national politics of the Thatcher to Blair years.
