Annie get your musical tickets

As part of Ambassador Theatre Group’s Manchester Gets It First initiative, this production will receive its premiere at the Opera House from Friday through to May 24 prior to a national tour.

With classic songs including There’s No Business Like Show Business, Annie Get Your Gun tells the story of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West female sharpshooter, Annie Oakley and her romance with Frank Butler.

Jason Donovan has starred in hit musicals including Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Sound of Music and War of the Worlds.

He is joined by Emma Williams in the title role, a twice Olivier-nominated star of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Love Story. Other credits include Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Comic and actor Norman Pace, as Buffalo Bill, most recently starred in the West End production of Chicago.
