Starting at 8pm on Friday October 4 a night of sketches and stand-up is promised for Chorley Little Theatre.

Ed Gamble (above, right) and Ray Peacock met at Durham University in 2005 and have quickly made an impact on the comedy world with their ground-breaking podcasts for website Chortle.co.uk and for British Airways.

They are regular presenters on BBC Radio 4 Extra, and have appeared several times on Russell Howard’s Good News on BBC Three.

Peacock even had a cameo in the weeping angels episode of Doctor Who.

In this new full-length show they are the classic comedy double-act with Gamble having to keep Peacock in check as the night tumbles away into silliness.

Charming and playful, Ray and Ed display quick-thinking audience skills in a show that got a string of four star reviews in Edinburgh.
