The arrival of Monty and Nigel at The Wellbeing Farm

The Wellbeing Farm has always been known for its quirky charm, but nothing has delighted visitors quite like the arrival of its newest residents: Monty and Nigel, a wonderfully charismatic pair of llamas.
Their journey to the farm marked the beginning of a new chapter - one filled with fluffy faces, gentle hums, and plenty of photo opportunities.
Monty, the more adventurous of the two, stepped off the trailer with an air of confidence, surveying the rolling fields as though he’d been there all his life. Nigel, ever the calm companion, followed with a serene gaze and a soft snort of approval. Within minutes, the pair had settled into their new paddock, exploring every corner with quiet curiosity.
It didn’t take long for staff and visitors to fall in love and with their naturally gentle temperaments, both llamas are already looking forward to joining the farm’s legendary weddings, ready to charm guests, steal hearts, and perhaps photobomb a few pictures along the way.

Celia Gaze, founder of The Wellbeing Farm, couldn’t be happier about their arrival. “Monty and Nigel bring exactly the kind of joy and personality that make this place so special,” she said. “I can already picture them joining our weddings - adding smiles, laughter, and that wonderfully quirky magic our couples love.”
Monty and Nigel have quickly become part of the farm’s identity. Whether leading wedding guests in a llama-walk procession, greeting families at open days, or simply lounging in the sunshine, they bring a unique spark that reminds everyone why The Wellbeing Farm is such a special place.
With Monty and Nigel now happily at home, the farm continues to thrive, offering memorable encounters with two llamas who seem just as delighted by humans as humans are by them.
