Singing Out with Anni for OAPs
The Dukes Theatre, in Lancaster, aims to hit the high notes with its latest event aimed at making the arts more accessible to older people.
Part of its current project run in cooperation with Age UK, Singing Out is a fun event for older people at the Lancaster venue from 1pm to 3.15pm on Wednesday.
Led by Anni Tracy from Morecambe’s community arts project, More Music, the aim is for people to enjoy and develop their singing. It is open to any older people who enjoy singing – including many who have been told at some time in their life that they can’t sing.
The admission price of £3 includes refreshments of tea, coffee and juice.
