Well, they won the hearts of a generation and the adulation shown to them by teenagers was reminiscent of that of the Beatles a decade earlier.

With Les McKeown leading the group to number one slots around the world, they soon became a household name.

Now, their story is told in a show headed up by Les, who has come through some extreme highs and lows along the way.

The Bay City Rollers Story is a celebration of those hectic days of touring, TV shows and behind-the-scenes drama.

All the hits are there and audiences are promised a fantastic night of fun and nostalgia.

Tickets, priced £19.50, can be booked from the Charter Theatre box office on 0844 844 7710.
