His hugely exciting career has seen massive international success with albums like It’s A Shame About Ray and Come On Feel The Lemonheads.

Perhaps best know for their cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s Mrs Robinson, The Lemonheads originally emerged in the late 1980s on the burgeoning American college rock, punk and grunge scene that also spawned the likes of
Nirvana and Soundgarden.

Still touring and recording as the sole constant in his main band, Dando released hit solo album Baby I’m Bored while The Lemonheads were on downtime during the early 2000’. Now these small-scale acoustic shows give him the perfect opportunity to play fan favourites. But the gigs are also heavy on Lemonheads songs which are given a new lease of life as Dando pairs down the arrangements into spell-binding acoustic renditions.

A fan favourite who always pulls in a huge legion of cult followers wherever he plays, make sure you don’t miss this mellow summer acoustic show.

Tickets for the 7.30pm show cost from £15 and are available from www.53degrees.net.
