Leading French piano interpreters

One of the world’s great interpreters of French piano music will lead Live at LICA audiences through an evening selection of France’s finest at Lancaster University next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Pascal Rogé is known for his expressive performances and his programme is designed to explore the rich palate of Live at LICA’s new Steinway piano to the full.

The programme includes: Satie: Gnossiennes, No. 3 & 5; Poulenc: Improvisation No. 15 Hommage à Edith Piaf; Debussy: Two Arabesques and L’isle Joyeuse Rogé has performed in almost every major concert hall in the world, and he has appeared with L’Orchestre de Paris, Montreal Symphony, NHK Symphony Orchestra Tokyo, Vienna Symphony Orchestra and the major London orchestras.
