Hotpots ready for date in ’Pool

Next Friday sees the return of the Lancashire Hotpots to Blackpool’s Grand Theatre.

“The Spinal Tap of folk bands!” hail from St Helens, and have become famous for recording songs about Lancashire, technology and British culture.

Since forming in 2007, they have become local heroes, touring with Paddy McGuinness, playing Glastonbury twice and playing live studio sessions at BBC 6Music for avid Hotpots fan Steve Lamacq.
