Friday night’s all right for Shining at Leighton Hall

Leighton Hall will host a screening of Stanley Kubrick’s cult horror The Shining on Friday night.

A cinema screen will be erected in front of the historic Carnforth home, and visitors are invited to take part in an 80s quiz, party with a retro disco from 7.30pm and enjoy picnics and drinks before the film starts at about 9.30pm.

The event is for over 18s only. Camping available and this will be the only opportunity to camp in Leighton’s gardens all year. Campers welcome from 5.30pm. Tickets are £15 to see the film only or £25 to camp overnight available now at or from the Hall on 01524 734474.
