Folk supergroup at church
The season to be jolly will get well under way tomorrow night when some of the biggest names in British folk music perform at Wigan Parish Church.
The Albion Band, made up of Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span’s Ashley Hutchings, Fairporter Simon Nicol, Kellie While and Simon Care, will explore the meaning of the festive season on their One For The Road tour on Friday from 7pm. Tickets £15 from David on 01942 824291 or £17.50 on the night.
