Jamie, 27, was born in Preston, but has Caribbean heritage. A promising footballer, he started his youth career at Fleetwood Town, before joining the first team in 2012. He's had loan spells at Barrow and AFC Fylde before being released. Jamie currently plays for FC Halifax Town as a striker.
Before entering the show, Jamie told radiotimes.com: “Now I am 27, I want to find someone, have a genuine connection and fall in love, so Love Island is the perfect place for me to find that.
Asked what he would bring to the villa, he added: "I am just going to be myself, good vibes, good energy, get along with anyone, the boys, the girls but the main objective is to find someone. so I am just going to be myself in there.”
Jamie entered the villa on Day 45 and was dumped from the island on Day 51.
@jamie_allen12 has 36,000 Instagram followers and has estimated earnings of £158 per post.
How much will the other Love Islanders earn per post?
Danica Taylor, who Jamie was coupled up with before being dumped out, has 340,000 Insta followers and would earn £993 per post.
On top of the pile was England and Liverpool football legend Michael Owen’s daughter, Gemma Owen, who has 1.1million Insta followers, earning her a potential £3,598 per post.
Luca Bish is second on the list with 837,000 followers, equating to £3,360 per post and another favourite, UCLan graduate Ekin-Su, would get £3,322 per post from having 1.4m followers.
The other finalists, David Sanclimenti, Indiyah Polack, Tasha Ghouri, Dami Hope and Andrew Le Page can expect to earn £2,588, £1830, £1,744, £833 and £832 respectively.
