Organised by local arts company, The Love & Etiquette Foundation, the event is an open invitation for people of all backgrounds to unite, stand together and support efforts to combat all forms of racial discrimination.

As well as meeting people from diverse backgrounds, audiences can listen to internationally recognised artistes and music who share positive aspects of their ethnicity, identity and culture through music. Rizwan Iqbal, creative director of The Love and Etiquette Foundation explains: “This event is a creative example of putting Preston on the map, attracting local audiences and quality artistes to promote positive messages rather than focus on negative events.

“It’s encouraging to receive wide support from all sections of Preston’s communities as well as develop understanding and provide a cultural offering of music for the city.”
