The music of the 30s, 40s and 50s will come to life this weekend thanks to talented Lancashire musicians The Swing Commanders.
After highly successful tours of Texas, France, Holland, Belgium and Spain over the past few years they will be making a return visit to Chorley Little Theatre on Sunday.
This high-energy band has wowed listeners and dancers alike through its unique presentation of some of the finest music from the first half of the 20th century.
As well as five solo voices, The Swing Commanders boast six specialist musicians and a seemingly endless array of instruments.
Here is an opportunity to see why sold-out notices and standing ovations are regular features at performances by these international artistes, who have established a reputation as Europe’s top Western Swing band in a range of venues.
Tickets are £11 from Malcolm’s Musicland on 01257 264362 .
