Becki Bondage brings Vice Squad to the city

Hailing from the early 1980s punk scene, Vice Squad return to Preston next week with a new show spreading their punk rock message to the growing armies of Vice Squaddies.

On Thursday, September 5 the hit band will journey to The Continental on South Meadow Lane following the release of new album Punk Rock Radio.

Beki Bondage, the lead singer, formed a new version of Vice Squad in 1997 with former Bombshells guitarist Paul Rooney, bassist ‘Stilton’ and drummer ‘Pumpy’.

Since then they have released seven studio albums including Defiant (2006) which has amassed great reviews between fans and punks alike.

Vice Squad have been storming the stages across the UK performing sets at Vive Le Rock Festival, Punk & Disorderly Festival and Rebellion Festival. Supporting acts on the evening are post-punk rockers Dysphonia and Liverpudlian rock-and-rollers Super Fast Girlie Show.
