The Harries brothers Dave and Mike on bass and drums/ accordion respectively made up the four, with guest musician James Gansler sitting in on guitar, vocals and mandolin.

The band offered up a good mix with some classic covers and original works penned by Gerry alongside plenty of old fashioned rock and roll for good measure – an entertaining two sets that got those in the mood for a dance up on their feet.

This band has been on the road for 25 years this year and wears a wealth of talent and experience on kits sleeve.

Gerry’s original works on the night included ‘Memphis Song’, ‘Mama’s Got a New Tattoo’, ‘If I Had a Boat’, ‘The Night I Met PJ’, ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Byron’ – all off the bands seventh album – set the mood.

Classic songs dominated the second set, including ‘Tambourine Man,’ ‘Have You Ever Seen the Rain’, ‘Wagon Wheel’, and ‘Keep a’ Knocking’ were all done justice by a band that clearly loves to entertain.
