A Georgian garden joy
It promises to be a blooming great day out at Lytham Hall on Sunday, as the Georgian pile hosts its Flower Power Fair.

The event brings together some of the best growers in the North and specialists to offer quality British plants to the discerning gardener.
A wide range of plants to suit all gardens will be available – from herbaceous perennials to alpines, shade loving hostas and ferns to succulents and peonies, with friendly advice on how to make the most of them.
A spokesman for the Hall said: “We hope many visitors will pop in to purchase a few plants and stroll around the parkland to see the amazing changes the past year has brought.”
Fair organiser Judy Popley said: “The support from local gardeners has always been terrific, and we are looking forward to welcoming lots of enthusiastic visitors.”
