All 24 Championship season ticket prices - Preston North End vs Sunderland, Leeds United, QPR & rivals

The 2023/24 Championship campaign has resumed and Preston North End kicked the action off with a 1-1 draw with Millwall.

Rotherham United and Ipswich Town was meant to be the first game back but the televised Sky Sports match was postponed on the grounds of safety for supporters following flooding across the northern parts of England.

A total of 14,427 fans came to Deepdale to see Mads Frokjaer-Jensen open the scoring only for Zian Flemming to continue his knack of scoring against the Lilywhites and earn a point for managerless Millwall. As home attendances go, Preston North End are currently 19th, and have an average of 16,470 fans so far, which is respectable but you’d hope more fans pack in to the 23,408 capacity stadium.

A majority of those 16,000+ supporters will be season-ticket holders, who have access to all 23 home league matches this season. It’s the best way of supporting your team, but it can come at a cost. It’s usually a big lump sum for supporters to pay from about April onwards, and with a cost-of-living crisis to contend with some supporters now have to attend on a game-by-game basis.
