OVER 100 homes have no electricity in Walton-le-dale because of planned maintenance work.
A spokesman for Electricity North West told the Evening Post that residents in Renshaw Drive would have their power back by 11am.
The spokesman said: “There is currently a planned service interruption on Renshaw Drive, Walton-le-dale. 125 customers will be off supply between 9am-11am whilst we carry out underground inspections and repairs.
“Customers have been notified in advance of the works with a card through the post.
