Firefighters get an emergency '˜collie' out
A dog had to be rescued by firefighters after getting one of its legs stuck in a child's car seat.
One fire engine from Silverdale Fire Station attended the incident at The Meadows, Yealand Redmayne, Carnforth, after receiving the emergency call at 3.38pm yesterday.
The collie got one of its hind legs caught in the seat.
Firefighters used a tool kit to free the animal.
