Elderly woman's body found in River Don
An elderly woman's body has been found in the River Don today.
The woman’s body was discovered around lunchtime in the Aldwarke Lane area of Rotherham today.
A spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said police and firefighters recovered the body from the river.
The scene is currently cordoned off as investigations into the incident continue.
