Last Friday on April 12th, Synergy Dental launched a new tab on their website allowing patients to nominate themselves or someone they know to be in with an opportunity to receive free dental implant treatment.

It's different to denture because dental implant treatment is permanent. A dental implant consists of two parts, a screw and a post. The screw part replicates the natural tooth root, and is surgically implanted into the jaw using advanced digital dentistry techniques.
