Pirates invade Lancashire
Pirates are due to over-run leafy Lytham on Sunday night, when Lytham Hall sees a staging of Gilbert and Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance.
It’s the second show in the open air season at Lytham Hall.
Theatre company Illyria’s production actually opened in Penzance last month and is now on a demanding 50-date tour in just 68 days.
Musical director Ben Wiles is pleased with the way the cast has gelled at the start of their summer tour.
