Delays after motorway crash
Motorists faced delays on Wednesday morning after a crash on the M61.
Emergency services were called to the motorway close to J9, between Chorley and the junction of the M65, just before 7am, to the crash involving a lorry and a car.
The crash happened on the inside lane, and nobody was thought to have been hurt.
