Anwyl Homes Lancashire says work on the scheme in Warton should begin in March after the purchase of the land was completed.
The nine-acre site, off Lytham Road, has been purchased from Hallam Land Management.

John Grime, Anwyl Homes Lancashire managing director, said: “This is the fifth site we’ve bought in Lancashire, following recent acquisitions in Barton and Burscough.
“The site is an integral part of our plans for the Lancashire region to deliver more than 400 homes per annum by 2023.
“This area of Fylde is perfect for our range of family homes and we expect it to be a very popular development.”

An Anwyl spokesman said: “Just more than a mile from Lytham and six miles from Preston, the development will enjoy a location as sought-after as it is convenient.
Anwyl intends to start access and infrastructure works in March and to begin building homes a couple of months later.
Show homes and a sales centre are set to open late summer.
It is not the only development planned in Warton – controversial plans for another 345 homes off Lytham Road, between Warton and Freckleton, were approved by Fylde Council earlier this month.
