Penwortham photographer Christina Davies of Fish 2 Photography enjoyed a family stroll with a difference after launching a Facebook fund-raising appeal.
She offered to take people’s photos wearing whatever they liked and then post them online in the hope people would like what they saw and donate to the NHS charity.
The total raised has now reached £300.

My commercial work has dried up just at the minute so I thought I’d give it a go.
“I thought it would be a bit of fun with all the outfits and give people a happy memory of this time.”
Sticking to her normal walking route with husband Rob and children Ethan and Melody, Christina, 39, messaged people on Facebook to tell them when she would be passing their homes.

She said: “We had a really good reaction and there were some really good outfits. It was something to break the monotony.
“I didn’t go any further than I would normally go on my daily walk.”
Living in Poplar Drive, Penwortham, Bridget Mashiter received the message and opted to don her wedding dress.

“It was a great way to remember the lovely day we had when we were married, and a chance for Albert to be photographed with me while I was wearing my dress.”
