Garstang's ice cream festival is almost here

Garstang is gearing up for its first ever ice cream festival today.

As well as being able to try out the official Garstang ice cream, visitors will enjoy a kite display, live music, donkey rides and Punch and Judy shows.

A competition with a sea and ice cream theme will see bollards in the market town dressed in their best.

The entertainment kicks off at 12pm and continues through the afternoon, until 5pm.
