A group bikers were tooting their horns as they delivered Easter eggs and toys to sick children at Royal Preston Hospital.
It was part of an annual Easter egg run as Preston Posse biker club were joined by members of the public on the trip of goodwill.
They were also joined by other biker groups from around the UK as they delivered dozens of chocolate eggs and toys.
Jennifer Mellors, club secretary, said: It was a really good turn out, maybe the best we’ve ever had.
“There were 54 bikes with more than one person on a lot of them. We delivered hundreds of eggs and toys and the hospital staff were nearly in tears when we handed it over.
“We’ve been doing this for five years and I think some people still have this image as bikers as big hairy men drinking lots of beer but we want to show that we do lots of good things.”
The ride started at 1pm on Sunday from Lea Gate pub, in Blackpool Road, going through Preston to the hospital.
